At Winter Park Life Smiles, we take pride in how we treat our patients and the quality of our work. Led by Dr. Robert “Bob” Ferguson, our mission of caring directs everything in our office.
Quality is important to us. It directs how we treat our patients, the materials we use, and the dental laboratories we choose to fabricate our restorations.

Meet our staff
At Winter Park Life Smiles, we take pride in how we treat our patients and the quality of our work. Led by Dr. Robert “Bob” Ferguson, our mission of caring guides everything in our office.
Quality is important to us. It directs how we treat our patients, the materials we use, and the dental laboratories we choose to fabricate our restorations.
Dr. Ferguson graduated from The University of Central Florida with a Microbiology degree, which took him to the University of Florida where he completed his doctorate in Dental Medicine with honors in 1981. Dr. Bob started his practice in Winter Park alongside Dr. Linda Walters (who has since retired) to offer the community a family focused, preventative, relaxed, restorative dental office, caring for both children and adults.
Veronica is a CDA and a RDH. She started at the practice in 1987 as a dental assistant while attending dental hygiene school. Three years later, Veronica graduated from Valencia College with her dental hygiene degree. Veronica worked as a hygienist for 18 years until becoming the office manager at WPLS. She has enjoyed working with four generations of one of her patient-families—all of which have become lifelong friends.
Cari is the lead insurance and financial coordinator at WPLS. She joined the Winter Park Life Smiles practice in 2015 and has over 24 years of front desk experience.
Her main focus is customer service—which is always accompanied by a friendly smile.
